Soak for 30 minutes. 3. Bring to gentle boil and simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Strain the herbs and pour the liquid into a container (if it is necessary, please use a filter), keep the herbs. 5. In the saucepan with the herbs, add 1.5 cups cold water, the re-boil and simmer for another 20 minutes. 6. Strain
the herbs once again and pour the liquid into the same container
