How to prepare the herbs for drinking

1.     Empty one bag of herbs into a saucepan. Add 2 cups cold water to cover the herbs.

2.     Soak for 30 minutes.

3.     Bring to gentle boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

4.     Strain the herbs and pour the liquid into a container (if it is necessary, please use a filter), keep the herbs.

5.     In the saucepan with the herbs, add 1.5 cups cold water, the re-boil and simmer for another 20 minutes.

6.     Strain the herbs once again and pour the liquid into the same container holding the first preparation
to mix the two sets of liquid together, the divide equally into two portions. Throw away the herbs.

7.     Drink form one portion in the morning 30 minutes before breakfast; drink the other in the
evening 2 hours after supper.

8.     One bag per day.

How to prepare the herbs for washing

1.     Empty one bag of herbs into a saucepan. Add three litres cold water to cover the herbs.

2.     Soak for 30 minutes.

3.     Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

4.    Use the liquid for washing, when it becomes warm. Or do according to the instructions from the doctor.
