Acupuncture is a healing method that influences the flow of energy in the body by working on different meridians or energy channels. When the flow of Qi ("Chee") is blocked or out of balance, illness or pain results. Our practitioners will stimulate specific points along the body's meridians to correct the flow of Qi and so restore equilibrium and optimise health.

Acupuncture and Healing Massage are considered to be complimentary forms of treatment and are commonly used together. Only disposable needles are used, these are very fine and you may not even feel them.

•  Fingers Pressure / Acupressure

This treatment is especially for stiff neck, headache and migraine. The practitioner applies the pressure on the acu-points all over the head and neck by fingers to stimulate the blood circulation and relief the tension during the head and neck part.
